Our Vision
Paradiso44 is a luxury agriturismo, an ideal place where you can relax and recharge among the beautiful surroundings of lush wood lands and rolling hills of Umbria. The property is conveniently located 10 km outside Assisi, a Unesco world heritage village. Once you are settling in your room and unpack, you can start living Paradiso44. It is a place where you can do as much or as little as you wish; wine tasting, hiking, exploring museums and castle or simply sit back and soak up the view from the villa.
The Property
Once ruined farmhouses dated back to 19th century, have been carefully restored in 2009 to a beautiful and elegant estate using the original materials and the latest comfort and safety requirements including anti seismic. All houses have beautiful stonewalls and are surrounded with garden and meadows, olive groves, cypresses, variety of fruit trees, oak trees, and vegetable patches.
Positioning on the hill at the altitude of 600 meters above sea level, the property offers a spectacular view of Mountain Subasio National Park. Paradiso44 is now a beautiful agriturismo where you can enjoy the fresh scent of Umbrian air, the serenity of the nature with its spectacular views and unspoiled bushes and pamper yourself, either alone or with the company of family and friends.
